The hotel is placed in the central of Santiago and we had very good connection to the downtown

We arrived early in the morning and they refused to check-in us with the reason that they don’t have a free room but or contact person was contacting them one day in advance and they told her we need to pay an extra night if we want to check in 4 hours earlier!

The staff was very helpful, they helped us book a tour to the winery. Location is very near to Plaza de Armas.

The building is slightly dated but facilities were all functional so not a big deal.

Tour operator was located in the hotel lobby.

The location of the hotel and the view from the hotel was not great for me. The breakfast was not good, with limited options and no place nearby to eat. Wifi was limited and constantly knocking you off.

Lovely staff, clean and tidy rooms.

Lovely staff on the front desk as well as clean, quiet rooms that were well maintained. Overall, a well priced hotel in a good location.

Food at the hotel restaurant was average. Also I probably wouldn’t recommend this to younger travellers, not because it wasn’t a nice place but not the best way to meet people to explore Santiago with.

I liked that this hotel was in the area of town it was close...

I liked that this hotel was in the area of town it was close to subways and some great restaurants , also they had a touristic booth right in the hotel to book any tours . It was an ok neighbourhood, didn’t really feel unsafe but a little edgy .

Most of the front desk staff spoke fairly good English most of the rest it was only Spanish . My cell phone went missing from the hotel when we were staying there and only one fellow seemed interested to help us the housekeeping staff didn’t speak English and so it was difficult to know what they were saying amongst them. After all the distress of losing our cell phone we left some clothes in the closet and they never answered any emails or where of any help to let us know if the could return the items. I would highly recommend you take everything with you while staying there or make sure you use a room safe There was no hot water ever for a shower either . Beware when booking this hotel I would not recommend staying here unless you understand and can speak Spanish it would help a lot

I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE PROPERTY AND THE STAFF

THE BREAKFAST WAS BETTER THAN MOST. THE STAFF WAS GOOD AT SPEAKING ENGLISH AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL.

CLOSED THE POOL EARLY, BUT I DON'T SWIMM ANYMORE.

A nice way to end my stay in Chile, and to have time in Santiago.

Breakfast - good and the hotel's location was central. The staff were welcoming, but language was at times a barrier. The room was very nice and totally suitable for what I wanted. I liked the presence of Turistik in the hotel.

We got the kind of place we expected.

Convenient location and good breakfasts. A friendly and helpful staff.

The bathroom door was squeezed between the double bed and the wall, making it awkward to get in.
